韦德中心行为规范：“大象无形”、循势而动！

韦德中心强调：“大象无形！”；“没有制度的制度才是最严格的制度！”

韦德中心践行：“将成为韦德中心人变成一种荣誉！”

韦德中心的运营模式，决定了韦德中心必然的扁平式组织架构；而韦德中心的管理模式，也注定了韦德中心对韦德中心人作为管理者极高的职业道德和职业素养要求。

“即便是韦德中心的司机，也必须是业内极为优秀的司机！”而“优秀的”便是所要求的韦德中心标准，且这样的标准具有普遍意义的共性及共识！由此及彼，韦德中心对韦德中心人的如此要求，便是韦德中心体现于“无形”管理制度的行为规范！ 

韦德中心“没有制度的制度”，应该也必须铭记在每位韦德中心人的心中，体现在每位韦德中心人的一言一行、一举一动！ 

当然，韦德中心这样的管理模式，这样的管理理念，必须充分建立在韦德中心人极高的职业道德和职业素养之上！而这恰是“韦德中心人理应成为一种荣誉”的内在逻辑！
